?
  1. Full Brexit with "no EU deal" on the 29th March.

  2. Request Extension to article 50 to allow a general election and new negotiations.

  3. Request Extension to article 50 to allow cross party talks and a new deal to be put to EU.

  4. Request Extension to article 50 to allow a second referendum on 1. Remain in EU or 2. Full Brexit.

  5. Table a motion in parliament to Remain in EU WITHOUT a referendum.

  6. I don't know or I don't care anymore

Results are only viewable after voting.
  1. The first rule of Brexit: blame everybody else... :p

I’m probably not making any friends with that am I?!

Just for clarity though, what was it about TM’s Deal that you didn’t like? It was pretty Brexity: ending FoM, leaving CU/Single Market, all EU institutions...

That was hard-core compared to many of the alternatives?

  2. You agree there’s no majority for No Deal then?!

There are ways to not split the Leave vote: ask people which form of Brexit they prefer, then vote between that and remain...?

  3. How do you explain the brexit party who campaigned solely on leaving the eu with a clean break in the very recent mep elections, that then became the largest single party in the eu parliament?

  4. How do you explain Labour beating Brexit party in Peterborough, btw they were 60 percent leave vote..?
Is it not that simple perhaps?

  5. It's either coincidence, or a wizard did it (it's always one of those two options) but as I have no proof, I am officially stating, "Who knows? It's a mystery!"

  6. You really don't want a plausible explanation for that! Trust me : o )

  7. How do you explain every key proponent of Brexit saying that no deal is a stupid idea

  8. A large protest vote. For a party which has nothing to offer other than protest.

No majority though. We know there’s around 30-35% support for the worst possible outcome - No Deal.

That is not a mandate. At least 55-60% specifically don’t want a No Deal Brexit.

  9. Perhaps it is, who knows.

I may well be wrong. but I think the MSM played a big part in that. Shortly after the referendum the BBC in particular started adding 'which no one wants ' after saying no-deal, eventually it stuck and everyone seems to use it now. Surprising what you can do if you keep stating the same thing over and over, eventually people will believe it.

  12. at the time of vote 80 odd% of the printed media by readership was/ is pro brexit

  13. Or the more simple explanation is that that was the truth: at Referendum time, nobody (not even prominent Leavers) thought that No Deal was a viable option...

    Because it’s not.

  14. come on now, you're giving me the giggles this morning. Every vote on every single event that says leave, is a protest vote but votes to remain are righteous and true.

Even by your standards dukerusty, that has made me giggle the most :joy:

  15. Trade deals are about boosting economic wealth by increasing trade. They all have market convergence in common. Every one.

taking back control is about market divergence, which will do the opposite of boosting our economy

  16. This :upyeah: 100%.

I voted Remain (obvs) but actually - if there were a majority consensus - I could get behind a Norway-style EEA Deal.

  17. Cartels talk about market convergence, too.

    Probably coincidence.

  18. How about a Swiss-type arrangement? Would that suit you?

  19. I must be reading and listening to something different then, I haven't seen much EU bad.

  20. Fair enough. I don't read the papers, was put off them a long time ago.

I should have worded it differently I suppose.
