  11. I’ve just made the final payment to my builder.

    I’m (and I include the current Mrs ET) now the proud owner of a garden room and payshio. We are very happy with it :)

  13. It’s already in planning stage apparently..................another patio area, and landscaping the garden to reduce the grass area to make it so there’s less maintainence to do.

    I’ll be keeping an eye on your progress for inspiration :)

  14. Collected my Roadtrip-built Elsie 350 Hybrid after a service and MOT at Huddersfield Motorcycle Services. James there was telling me how strange it was to find an LC with brakes which work effectively :confused:

    Taxed it for a year (£42), so we're street legal at last ;)

  20. I worked hard at physio yesterday as I missed two sessions due to tummy upsets
    It feels like someone has grabbed my arms and legs and twisted them
    Lovely view from the local hospice I’m lucky to be able to access
