  2. Yeah i know thats the worry, its on a 100 day trial, but i bet its not an easy job to return if we don't like it!!
    Hottest day of the year today/tonight so what better time to give it a go :laughing:

  4. Got told off by dad this morning.

    I said a few days ago to him that today was forecast as 37/38 (100 in old money) down here so please get all of your shopping early, I'll pick you up if you want, make sure you have enough food in for a few days, drink plenty of liquids and use the fans I know you have in the cupboard and try not to go out on the hottest days

    He said, I am your father and not a child and I don't need to be told what to do, I am 81 not 8. After that telling, he then said he cant see the dial on the fridge control so can't tell if it is working properly and his tv remote wasn't working (he had found an old one from a tv he no longer has and was trying to use that)

    Check up of the old folk, often pride see's them tell you they are okay when they could need a little help.

  8. Weston bike night tonight and while im not going (kids are desparate to start season 3 of Stranger Things) im already hearing bikes going past our place at work on the dual carriageway doing "The Kessel Run".....

  16. Currently at the airport waiting to pick up my daughter after her year in Oz doing lawyer training stuff. No 1 son has been made to wear this by his mum
