Hi all, asking for a friend who has a 2013 monster 1100 evo. Whats the best/cost effective fuelling fix for these bikes. He is sick of the jerky rough throttle and wants a nice smooth running bike. Ecu flash? Pcv? Rapidbike? Or anything else out there? Cheers
If its the same motor as my hyper 1100 evo sp....then definately without doubt get it on a dyno and find a dyno operator thats capable of reflashing the ecu....seeing your logo thingy it says demark...but could be a vpn....if your in the uk take it to Chris at CJS...mines buttery smooth with no fueling issues...
Agree a postal service is good but nothing beats a dyno run and a custom map...i would say...ie mine was still making power at the top end so the redline was moved. So, Chris tells me...different exhaust shapes can also affect the mapping...and other possible mods...ie mines had a bit of head work...all of that is taken in to account on a dyno...however...if youre not near one...then yeah - postal service...
