yip, brexit will hit different comunitees and countries in the UK differently. we are up there with the worst to be affected. its a good job our votes dont normally make govs, or the feckers would have to deal with it..

Agree with most of that but, on the last part, of course there is fluctation around brexit in regards to the pound but when mentioned, it is often pushed as the only fluctuation when it's more likely a trade slowdown in china, or tariff wars between the eu and the u.s. or u.s. and china, or jlr being a shit run company.

Whether we leave as a brino, a soft brexit or a clean brexit onto wto/free trade, most leavers knew enough that all would see structural changes in someway that would have a cost and would see a 2-3 year investment cost so in the short term there would be a cost before establishing our own way of life away from the eu project and then building up the U.K. again

here's a couple of questions, the pound was at £1.44 in the 1st june 2016 and this morning at £1.21, 3 years of uncertainty has done more harm than the actual process.

Do you think if we cancelled brexit, the pound would bounce back to £1.44 ?
Do you think business should have a greater say in a democratic country, or the people?

To answer the last question first, its would be nice to have people making the choice. My issue is feeling that some businesses and opportunists have implemented a false choice, that is not going to benefit in the way people thought.
As to value bouncing back, yes, to some extent. Call the whole thing off and see 1.20 euro to the pound..plus maybe.
As to people realising the real cost, defo...maybe, a few. Not the majority though as many look no further than headlines.
Be fair, trade wars will affect the other currencies. So that is not the real influence pushing down Sterling.

One of the reasons why so many chose to leave , is we had too many bleeding hearts say, stay within the eu and change it from within, even the most ardent eu fanboys accept the eu is broken.

But the eu continues down the federalist centralist united states of europe and even more enforced by the German defence minister being elected to replace Junker, and she has a very long history of wanting a united states of europe and a european army.

It is incredibly clear that the eu is turning more inwards and with closed ears than outward looking and listening
