Fensa installation a bunch of arse afaik... Glazzing has to be the correct spec but anyone can install... If not fensa certified you must notify building control and they may or may not turn up and rubber stamp it.. another con...
My mate Roger is building control might need it when I knock a doorway through into the garage but he'll sort it...
Internal works? Unlikely you will need him...but always good to have em onside... tbh if you want info and ask em, building control are far from the enemy...
Depends on glass area if memory serves. Windows need fensa registration, I think doors need to be 50 percent or more glass area to require certification.
So you agree .. lol .. I'm drunk.. but pretty sure it's only the glass that needs to be certified... The install could be done by anyone. . Even an English man. . If he got off his barstool...
Not sure the Scottish could do it though... By"it" I mean install windows... They can do "it" in other areas... I wish they woukd
i dont think they would do it to your standard. we can get some pretty dramatic weather up here, i dont think your work could stand up to the elements chiz.
It would involve parting with cash... probably would need a sporran autopsy to get any cash out of Fin!
only cos i haven't got the time. i make more PH than chiz so, i'm still making money while spending it. its indoors, no real quality required so he should cope.
