Just back from a week touring the Irish Republic - found the people to be so friendly to us English (me and the wife), and as a bonus, diesel is a fair bit cheaper than petrol. Payback time on the Motorways though, as they have tolls like rashes all over. Must have paid a dozen times or more. Wouldn't hesitate to go back

Skoda Huddersfield told my wife her 3 year old Rapid (anything but) requires discs and pads all round, costing £518. I went on "Whocanfixmycar.com" to get alternative quotes, and tomorrow, I'm taking it to a local garage 3 miles nearer, and they're charging £196 inc vat with warranty
