  14. I think pre '81 they were under 50cc and had pedals, after '81 they were restricted to 'sod all' bhp and no longer required pedals (although they would have been more beneficial!) :thinkingface:
    Hence Suzuki AP50 were sought after as 'fast' mopeds...…
    Actually it was 1977 and 30 mph, but they managed to ditch the pedals then too
