  3. Porsche’s are mostly appreciating

I wouldn’t sell it for that

  5. It’s a 996 water cooled turbo, it’s high miles and from the description, not maintained for all of its life by a Porsche authorised dealer. An offer of £17k is a bit cheeky but £26.5k is ridiculous, in my opinion of course. Andy

  6. It’s not that far out of the ball park - it’s turbo wide body - 23k + all day long now - need to pay 17k for a decent lower mileage C4 with manual box

So to be fair yea you took piss a bit :D but if you don’t try ....

  7. Turbos still push 30k even if the rest of the olde 996 has dipped again in last two years. A good, 1998/99 carerra with low miles and good history will still grab 15k with patience

  8. In great, low miles condition they are 50k. If you can find one.

  9. My thinking is that I want to buy one for daily use, So don’t need low miles one. And want to pay below 20£.Just want turbo as never had one before.
And I bet you I will get one.

  11. Looks like it's back up as an auction sale now, so it should achieve its true worth....

  13. so I bought myself 911 / 996 MY98 , the first one ,with orange lights .
she is my daily commuter now for the last month or so (since I got so wet on my bike that decided I am deffo too old now to commute on the bike in all weathers). fucking love it. very quick indeed, and I don't need need to be careful with it as its a cheap car and I bought it well. and apparently they are on the rise. hopefully I can use her for next couple of years and will get my money back... but can't see myself selling her, she is too good!

    Thought you’d bought a car?

  16. Приятно

  17. C2 or turbo? Mines a 98 c2 tip, and it’s more than quick enough and the handling is great compared to my 435!
