Open to offers at this stage, as I'm only considering selling - drop me a PM if you are interested and would like to discuss further over a phone call, or to otherwise pop over to view and discuss. If/when I confirm a firm intent to sell, I will publish an asking price. It also has an MoT through to July 2020, and I can service it (incl new belts) if a new owner would like that done. Thanks, Mike
Price is paramount - by not stating a price you are restricting your potential market - some other forums won't accept sales ads without a price being stated
If it’s a grand I’m interested. If it’s 10 grand I’m not As Ron says, at least a guide will stop the trolls & knobheads taking Paige after page of bollox until you actually put one on!
Appreciate your thoughts guys, and normally I'd do exactly that - but it was a conscious decision that I made when I posted this. As it turns out - after a number of conversations over the weekend, I've had some time to consider the reasons behind the potential sale, and I've since come to the conclusion that I'm not ready to part with it. I was thinking of selling it to make way in the garage for something really quite special, but I've decided that if I proceed with the other thing, then it can coexist with the db2 and the ducs. Hi Iain - in case you didn't recognise the forum name, we've met before - I popped over to your place earlier this year to talk about one of your bikes Regards, Mike
To be honest, personally, I couldn't imagine recovering emotionally from selling a beautiful piece of art/fun like that DB2. At least we got a pic of it so no harm done.
