No, not on a wind up (bit of banter maybe) Humans are designs to do more than one thing at a time. Distractions are many: in the summer, I’d wager more accidents are because of someone checking out someone in a short skirt in town than checking a text. Not saying it right, there’s a limit, but simply that someone who stops at a set of lights, checks their phone, isn’t the same as some pisshead who bowls down a road at 80 in a 30 smashing cars on the way
More detail required... 400 attributed to texting out of a 170k ? How many to alcohol? And how many drunk drivers in total caught on the roads compared to how many texting? How many drivers involved in an accident were breathalysed and how many had their phones checked? And loads of other stuff.. Granted, this doesn't prove what I said, that texting is now worse than drink driving, ( I did only say that I've heard that!!!) But I'm right and your wrong ( unless you are agreeing with me... I'm a lil lost now)
