  13. Perhaps you missed why she flipped her shit. It was being pointed out the double standard of which there was one on the snp's behalf.

She cannot even see what she is doing, the bill requires all advisors to not only surrender work communications on works electronics but also all personal communications on all private devices for inspection. Even if it passes, I am sure it will be contested in the courts by the individuals themselves under their human rights, it is a fishing bill with little to do with the object they seek.

strike 1, first we have mp's deciding which majority democratic votes they want to abide by
strike 2, we now have mp's demanding to see employees private communications on their own private devices for matters that are not government related so "they" can decide what is work and is private

  17. civil servants or his staff? his private chosen by him staff? did gove lie during his statement? I guess in a healthy democracy he would of taken an intervention to clarify his point. just out of interest, has gove got form when it comes to using unofficial communication devices to transmit government business?

  18. To use an old adage "You can't have your cake & eat it too"

The Attorney General desperately tries to argue against Dominic Grieve by saying govt can’t be allowed to ask for private email & phone records of employees.

Just 2 weeks ago No 10 sacked an advisor to the Chancellor after ordering her to hand over her private email & phone records.

So the government can & does order the emails & correspondance/ phone records etc, then says it can't as it exposes their blatant lies. What a total crock. These idiots couldn't run a bath.
