As 47% of Welsh voters voted Remain in 2016, that’s a less than impressive minority in favour of Welsh Independence at the moment.

About time. Unless 100% of the electorate agrees with a proposal, the politicians will make the decision on our behalf. That'll work out well, as any spoiled ballots or Postal Votes gone astray means it's MPs who decide. Sorted. Democracy 2.0 is a go.

You mean the “BREXIT!” Party?, Or “UKIP!”? Take a look at maps of Wales showing the MP’s party affiliations and the 2016 BREXIT referendum voting. You will see that Plaid Cymru’s support is strongest in Mid and North-West Wales, areas where the Brexit vote was to remain. Conversely, the South Wales Valleys still mostly return Labour MPs and voted to Leave.
Wales voted to leave, Plaid Cymru since day one of the vote have tried to stop brexit even happening. Being on the same side must mean something different in some places?
