all CAP payments are payed to the UK Gov as they are the member. it should then go to whoever it was intended for. but listen to this, when it was handed over, it was announced, in an NHS stylie, that it was extra cash. our media didn't take them to task for it.

they are, I would prefer it if they got a bit of a move on tho. on the west they are traditionally liberal voters. the bigger land owners/farms normally tory. two around here proudly show their SNP support, one is now a councillor. I have talked to two other farmers recently that are customers that didn't know about the CAP theft. I left them with something to think about.
