Yes ergonomics are much better for me. I am only 5’5”. The 1299 is much slimmer at front of seat. Weight feels similar but the R feels like it takes less effort to turn. V4 is or feels faster, spins up sooo fast. Too fast for me, I’m an old Duffer. Traction lights always on on the V4, wants to and does wheelie everywhere, even with DWC on 5. V2 no lights yet but new tyres and pads limited throttle action on my first ride. Also, getting to know it. Early days so difficult to say more.
I did consider one of those but gave myself a good slap and cane to my senses (I like the wheelbarrow exhausts but not a lot else). Chris Walker Kawasaki have one for £26k. I reckon that many if the FEs will be coming into the market in the next 6-12 months as PCP deals end.
Doh.... Yeah I was quite surprised how much wider the V4 feels along side the V2... Both stunning bikes! But have to say the R is far more exclusive and dare I say a little more raw and edgy... Still regret selling my 999R to this day.... Hopefully it will turn out to be a long and loving relationship.... Nice one.... Btw get yourself some rad guard protectors
Think the FE (red white green bike?) is a 1299r. But it’s not a ‘real’ r as it’s not homologation special for racing.
You lot must be midgets ? I could get both feet down on my pani and my dong on the floor If I wanted to lol
Well nice bike mate and good on all you lot for going out and buying them as you never know what’s round the corner in life and if you stop to look back once it smashes you up the arse. Really nice too look at and chuffed for you
Thanks that cleared that up.... So what's the difference between Motors on the 1198 and FE and Superalgera?
Bit like your avatar. Apparently Cinderella was kicked out of Disney. They found her sitting on Pinocchio’s face shouting, “lie you bastard, lie”.
