I watched the Women’s soccer World Cup not so long ago and thought it was far more entertaining than the men’s. I’ve not seen the Japan match yet been at work today
From past experience, the RWC does not warm up until the quarter final knockout stages - there simply is (still) not enough strength in depth in the world for the game. Still, better than watching football regardless.
That's dedication for you on a sunny friday afternoon if you run your own business,i was out playing on a bike.
If you look at the fixtures the creamy out up you'l see some pretty good match ups in the pool rounds and the ain't normally dull . Usually a few lesser teams punching above their weight in a few games as well..
*Spoiler,Tuned in at the 23rd minute this morning & the score was 7/8 for the fiji's and they played well for 30/40 minutes but had no game plan.the Australia's did the basics/set piece right & the points came thick & fast.
Watched the Argentina/france match but only really the last quarter and what a tight match in the end on points,it's a cruel sport but that's life.
