Go to the supermarket produce section and it's fine to test-eat a grape. Take a bite out of a rotisserie chicken leg and suddenly they ask you to leave the premises
I was in town earlier when I asked a pretty, young, homeless woman, sat on the pavement outside Sainsburys, if I could take her home. She immediately said yes and gave me a big smile and a sexy wink. The look on her face soon changed when I walked off with her cardboard box.
I know I don’t look old enough my boy is celebrating 21 years of age today No plans as such just as and when with him I had this cake made for him as he likes car cleaning He was made up with it “it’s sick” he said For you oldies it means fab/brilliant or something similar
Road around the mountains of Mallorca on a Scrambler ... great roads here , should get to most of them by the time I leave
Taken a demo BMW GS 1250 out for the afternoon, as for next season we would like a bike suitable for a pillion, will be a second bike next to the streetfighter. Impressions of the GS; extremely comfortable, suspension is top notch for two up, fuelling is the best I have ever experienced, no buffering to speak off, seats are good, tele-lever front end with no diving is a blessing for two up, no chain to look after, and Cotswolds BMW as a dealer is very good, ( also a customer there with the car ) as we had a thread about paying for a test ride , nothing to pay, fully comp insurance, with only 250 excess, that’s how you do it! Is there any negatives? Well it’s not exactly a nice looking bike is it? It does not have the excitement factor, not something you would put in your living room to look at. But definitely a very balanced, all day comfortable all rounder, which will be hard to beat!
Saturday and very heavy traffic on a misbehaving 916,not much fun but hey ho got out & about for a spell.
Busy day - bit of a mixture....Start off the morning with a cooked breakfast with the plan to get the RSV4 suspension messed around with (ive still not let that go, always playing with suspension at the moment). Next door neighbour knocked on the door in a bit of a panic (during the night a water main had burst somewhere in his hous (upstirs) soaked the hallway ceiling forcing him to switch the water off. He couldnt find a plumber...and looked a bit desparate so i put my neck on the block and investigated....and hour later with a trip to the local plumb centre had his problem fixed - a pin sized hole in a lead pipe where the copper was braised to the lead. Didnt get to the bikes so grabbed the zed and went on that. I was going out with a mate and 6 of his mates that id never met...all nice blokes. One of them had an rsv4 factory that he was moving on but had a "service" message on - the deal is to get the message removed..! He was on a different bike while we were out so went home to get the rsv4, on the way to my house went the wrong way, stopped the bike to get his phone/sat nav....bike wouldnt restart...so i went out in the car to rescue him. Got the bike started jumping it off my car. Back to my house, luckily i had a spare flapper valve motor from my rsv4, which once plugged in cleared the error and in turn the service light....whiel i was fixing his bike the next door neighbours wife put her head round the garage door to tell me i was the best neighour ever and Jim (my new mate) said "yeah - hes fucking ace...he's fixing my bike at the moment as well!!" So needless to say hes my new BFF. Hopefully ill get to some bike related stuff tomorrow...(for me)
Still trying to work out if my daughter today was serious when she said people who live in high cost area's should have lower credit interest rates to help them
