Not really. Max dose drugs aren’t reducing heart rate and still short of breath. Cardio specialist later. If I’m not out today, likely here til Monday.

Are you Southmead,BRI or some Gloucester based establishment? If either of former shout if you want visitors next week albeit hopefully your out sooner rather than later.
Went to look at the Rutter 1098R They had this 1290 Super Duke R, wanted to have a sit on one for a while - it fits like a glove and would be a good replacement for the R1, comfier too
I have to say that I do too. I liked the RC8R and test rode one back in 2012.........went like stink, handled beautifully, but the ergonomics buggered my back
Having a day’s rest from riding so went to explore the Castel in Braganca. Found a small restaurant within the walled city to chill in and partake of a few delicacies for lunch. The hospitality was second to none with tiny taster plates appearing from the kitchen for no charge and was gifted a well aged ruby Port before we left to stagger back to the hotel. Got me hooked so will return with the rest of the group for diner tonight. Andy

Completed the clients shower cubicle today so very happy.the instructions were over the top as usual but common sense kicked in after 10 minutes.It was a wickes brand & i've to say the quality was very good with no chocolate screws included.
Fitted these today, bifolds turned up at 1.30 so bit of a rush to get them fitted, 3 hours start to finish, not bad going .
