As Farage says, Junker has attempted to override the Benn Act. Can Junker do that? If he can, then surely even if Parliament doesn't agree to Boris' deal, then we leave with No Deal.
The deck has always been stacked against Brexit, from 24 June 2016 onwards. The "difficulties" we've seen in Parliament are not those of a government trying to negotiate a decent deal with the EU. No, what we have seen from Day One is a UK government, together with Parliament, attempting to pull the wool over the eyes of the People of the UK in an effort to Remain in the EU whilst not shattering the illusion that the UK is a "democracy". You won't change my mind on that.
A 2nd Referendum will not have WTO leave on it. It will be Leave-that's-really-Remain or Remain. The Establishment has learned that little lesson.

Remainers now know that unless Farage wins a majority the worst that will happen from their point of view is Blowjob deal. No point resisting a no confidence vote now as Boris has taken No Deal off the table.
Has he though? If there in no further extension available from EC (Even if asked for as per Benn “Surrender” Act) the choice for Parliament is the Boris Deal, No Deal, or possibly resurrect the thrice spurned May Deal.
There is not a shadow of a doubt that under the new Brexit deal Northen Ireland has substantially different tariffs and most especially other regulations for commerce from the UK: it will be in the single market when the rest of the UK is not, for example. And there will be a customs border between it and the rest of the UK. Now that 2018 law could be repealed, of course.
I think its very unlikely that the EU will refuse an extension if the current government falls. Then either Tories win on Blojob deal -Boris can't u turn and say his own deal is was shit now. Farage wins a majority and has No Deal immediately - never going to happen. Labour & Libs / SNP offer referendum / remain and form coalition government - pretty likely!
To be expected, he's probably been at court since it opened this morning listening to the info coming out. Two points, there will be a few last minute challenges in the desperate hope of stopping any form of brexit and these will show the deceipt of the claim it is only about stopping no deal, secondly they are running out of such desperations and given many of the worst slick willys come from Scotland and the snp, I suspect the 38% of Scots who voted to leave the eu, will make their opinion felt in the forthcoming general election.
I expect you realise many of us will want to talk to you about the SNP results after the soon to be held election. Current polls suggest the SNP will smash all comers out of the park and gain 48+ seats.
Agreed, but Juncker appears to have said that no extension will be granted. So even if Boris complies with the Benn Act, Juncker/EU effectively ignore the request. They appear to be saying it's the Boris deal or bugger off.

EU likes the Deal because it ties the UK's hands with regard to trade, working regs, standards and such. The UK will not be able to negotiate Trade Deals that in any way compete with what the EU would offer. Thus the EU has nothing to fear from an offshore competitor. Of course they want this deal.
