?
  1. Full Brexit with "no EU deal" on the 29th March.

  2. Request Extension to article 50 to allow a general election and new negotiations.

  3. Request Extension to article 50 to allow cross party talks and a new deal to be put to EU.

  4. Request Extension to article 50 to allow a second referendum on 1. Remain in EU or 2. Full Brexit.

  5. Table a motion in parliament to Remain in EU WITHOUT a referendum.

  6. I don't know or I don't care anymore

  1. If Scotlands tax offices have been taken from Scotland, how do you explain the two new super tax centres to be built in Glasgow and Edinburgh?

Why even attempt to link it to "argghhh Scotland is still being plundered" when you know it is part of a U.K. wide review to centralise tax centres as more becomes automated than people run?

  2. dead easy, Smith. Smith negotiated by the scot gov. (i think you call it stamping our feet and greivence) otherwise they wouldnt be there either. we now have controle over a larger slice of income tax.
if we did it your way and just sat on our hands and prayed. we would have very warm hands indeed.

  3. Difficult to pin anybody down on that lot. Lots of "Sources" but no names or actual facts.

The dropping of the 3rd shift on one line was being talked about for over a year, was well overdue and only recently happened. This is due to falling diesel demand (Thanks EU) and the ability to produce the same amount of vehicles on 2 shifts by increasing line speeds. In fact no jobs have been lost, the comapny is actually recruiting and overtime shifts have just been put on for next month. The plant still runs a 2 shift / 2 line system.

You really should stop trawling for any old rubbish you can find to try and prove something you know nothing about. The business is constantly reviewed and plans changed accordingly. It's been like that for as long as I have been there and frankly I'd be more worried if it wasn't.

  4. Remember my grand father's investment advice, when there is blood on the streets buy property. ....... I'm ready...

  5. Sounds pretty piss poor planning to me, recently dropping a third shift on one line, and then introducing an overtime shift on i presume one of the two lines at a premium rate ? Just asking.

  6. Nope, under constant study and cheaper to do it this way. The decision to drop a shift is a big one, because it's a lot of work to reinstate again. We were here in 2008 / 2009 and getting people in, and training them again is the biggest headache if a 3 shift pattern is required again. That line has been running a 3 shift pattern for approx 9 years now.

  7. So how were the workers on the third shift absorbed without loss of jobs and when does the overtime shift take place ? Hope you don't mind me asking ?

  8. Because to run faster on 2 shifts rather than slower on 3 shifts, you need more people. Basically you are completing the same amount of work, but with less time. Line speeds are also going up on the line that builds Juke, so you need more people there too.

Zero job losses because of dropping a shift. But the usual suspects simply read the headlines.

  9. Jukes still have shit timing chains :yum

  10. Communist :eyes:

  12. Going down the Fixed Term Parliament Act route as if he does a one line motion, it will be ammendable with the SNP putting down an ammendment to give 16 & 17 year olds the vote.

This needs 2/3 of MP's to vote for it though to trigger a GE.

  14. Will the others back it and actually do what they say they want, it might not be the right time.

  15. Some Labour MP is on the telly saying "Now is not the time, have a binary vote on Brexit, then have a GE"

Didn't we already have a binary vote? And how come the winner of that binary vote last time round isn't on the proposed ballot paper this time round? Just 2 versions of the losing vote last time.

Oh, do Her Majesty's opposition actually want to be in power or what?

  16. I don’t think Corbyn wants to be PM, his speciality is opposing.

  18. Corbyns only wish over the last 40 years has been "get the tories out" but he rarely has offered anything about what happens after. He also knows if he loses, he's out.

Momentum central (the guardian) the comments sections shows a healthy supply of momentum members feeling he has wasted his time in opposition.

  19. If Boris loses the next election, he will be sacked the party.

  20. Happy for the rest of his Party to be sacked, too. Win or lose.
