What Are You Watching......?

  1. I guess so as it's a longer show.:upyeah:

  2. At the time it was not only considered ground-breaking, it was ground-breaking. Psycho is creaky by today's standards but it is an original.

As an aside, many of my very favourite films can be considered flawed, or even deeply-flawed (yes, I'm looking at you, Vanilla Sky)

  3. Currently watching Hoaxed.

A lot of people should watch Hoaxed, they may actually learn something. Something real, I mean, not the usual something.

  4. The Burbs. Long time favourite that I haven’t seen in probably 20 years.

stopped watching breaking bad after 3 season. Yawn.

  5. Night of the Comet, classic 1980’s
    post apocalyptic comet/zombie flick.
    Corny doesn’t come close!

  7. Seven worlds, one planet.

Pretty gruesome, those walrus shouldn’t really climb cliffs.

  8. Scorpion (TV Series)

I have had to turn the sound off though as the dialog is horribly dire. With subtitles on, you can pick & choose whether you want to know what they are saying.

  9. Again? Was it a repeat? ;)

  11. Simon Reeve showing us the problems in America with the Mexican border with mass migration that is in meltdown, which is having a direct impact on how the authorities can or can't police the border for incoming drugs.

  12. Did he mention the issue of illegal aliens with prior convictions for rape and murder being caught in "sanctuary cities" but then released despite there being a National ICE "hold" warrant in place?

  13. BBC isn’t it? Of course he didn’t!! Be all tRumps fault

  14. Nope.....but i'll speak to him over the coming weeks about this one sided news journalism.;):upyeah:

  18. Watchmen (the series) - follows on from the movie in a near-future USA. Gripping stuff, if you liked the film.

The Night Manager - missed it on BBC but it's now on Amazon. Excellent John Le Carre fare. Starring 'House' and 'Loki'.

Gomorrah - Italian drug lord/gang/mafiaso stuff. Just gets better and better. English subtitles.

The Walking Dead - new season. Good but missing something without Egg.

Richard Osman's House of Games - good, fun quiz show with innovative and diverse rounds of questions. Usually pretty funny.

  19. Just started watching’Watchmen’
and realised @West Cork Paul ‘s neighbours in it, that Jeremy Irons lives out in Ballydehob.
