Just thought I would put it out there.... Slapped down a deposit on a Streetfighter V4s this Saturday, the intention is to flip out my 2019 Tuono Factory next year.... I know a bit same-same ... but when in Rome... Just wondered if I'm the only sucker in this forum to do so !
Not the analogy I’d choose to use but looking at previous posts, there are quite a few on here who have and continue to buy blind. I bought my V4 blind and have not been disappointed one bit. IMO, it’ll be like the Monster S4RS was, fekking mental, scare you silly and you’ll be making excuses to get out for ride, every day. Andy
How do you rate the Tuono? Contemplating taking the plunge and swapping my hyper for one. There’s a demo in Notts Aprilia, might head over there for a test ride tomorrow
It's the dog's dangglies ! Took about 2 weeks to get to grips with and feel comfortable. Have used it as a commuter circa 50 mile round trip, fair weather only. The ride is super plush and frisky as you would expect. My one gripe is riding it in the winter hours i.e dark.... bit of a strange feeling... like being exposed is the best way to explain it.
i slapped a deposit down few months back and am number 5 in local dealer so hoping for April/May. expensive way to get VIP ticket to the ducati evening at the bike show in a couple of weeks
I reckon that street fighter will be an awesome bike and with the sound of that v4 viagra sales will plummet in the over 50 age groups
speak to your dealer, they obviously get an allocation. starts at closing time on the 18th on ducati stand. dont suppose its much of a 'event', warm wine and stale sannie i expect and free carrier bag with brochure - but probably not even that
