After getting a small stone chip on a fork tube I have been trying to find a suitable touch up paint. Tried various off the shelf halfords stuff and nothing seems to get close. Anyone had any success with this? It's a 1260s with the silver sachs forks. I contacted RS Bike Paint who don't have anything but said they could maybe sort something if they could see the bike. Unfortunately they are Hatfield and I'm West Yorkshire. Anyone local to them fancy popping in? Thanks.
if you have a car painter local, have a flip through their paint chips to see what is closest, then search for a touch up pen from the car it matches (unless the guy will mix you a small amount). Your best bet might be to go check out the touch up pens at somewhere like halfords.
