748 Monoposto Seat Pad

  1. but applies to a 916/996/998 as well.

    Does anyone know a source of a seat pad for the monoposto seat unit please?

    I've had a search on eBay for months now and nothing coming up.

    A biposto seat pad is no good as the mono pad is higher at the back and repurposing a bi will leave the top mounting holes in the mono seat unit visible.

  6. I bought one from them, long after they stopped making the 998. Iirc it was 90 notes.

  14. @Birdie I can’t just recover the seat, I bought a mono seat unit and thought I could simply swap the pads, lights and fit a new bracket but the seat pads are different between the mono & bi.

    @XH558 thanks for that link, my search term obviously doesn’t cover that so I’ll widen it. The fact that ones a bit tatty is no great deal as I’ve some Alcantara on hand which I planned to recover it with anyway.

    @JoeC exactly like that, is it for sale?

  15. I have a 748r grey one but it has a crack in the plastic on the back. £20 posted if you want it i can send you pictures tomorrow
