Another day working in the cold.. still, at least we didn't get rained on much...

 

yes Paul i thought Carr's comment was a bit over the top......... but a least mine had a positive in it.

 

On the few occasions I've done long term outside work, I've used Merino wool underwear, long johns and a long sleeve tshirt. My old set was from M&S but now you can buy some cheaper sets from Aldi, Millets and wiggle etc and then just use layering

about 5 years back i bought a heap of thermal long johns and long sleeve t's off ebay cheap well before winter. they were ace, had about 10 sets so was never stuck for clean ones. ive got 2 sets left but they are so thin now they are pretty much see through! time to buy some more..
tbh, the biggest ball aches are cold hands and its a pain in the arse wearing loads of clobber...

LOL, wait until I’ve done it up and painted it and stuck a Porsche badge on the front & back and some Carter’s RS stickers along the sills. Come on, I mean how could I not? Boxer engine. It even fits in the old Covercraft cover I had for my 996. It’s gotta be done

The last three rides out this year i'd long johns on which makes a huge difference to comfort on the bike,but i've to say i did a bit on site late last year with no windows installed and it was a tough working climate always thinking about the bloody cold & not focused on the job inhand.wrap up well & good luck for the coming months.

 

Last night went to see OMD at Bath Pavilion. Max 1000 people capacity so small intimate affair.

the amount of mega pissed 40 and 50 yr olds by 2130 was ridiculous.

got there at 9...left by 10.

 

Wow are they still going strong after all these years........people letting their hair down again at a music venue .
