3D printing is really interesting, whilst doing my own research the other night I found a company that can 3D print in carbon fibre, aluminium and some other not of this earth alloy. For parts no longer in production or one off specials this is the way to go IMO and not overly expensive.
I built one of the original delta style kits a number of years ago, really interested in getting a sla printer in the near future for part prototyping. Just got to get some bloody free time to work on personal projects!
