Went out on the mountain bike with a mate I've ridden with a few times before but he's a fair bit fitter than I am . Did 23 miles and at one point there was so much mud the wheels wouldn't turn! . I'm now home, starving hungry and feel like I coulld sleep for a week .
What you want is all original panelwork that requires no paintwork & bits and pieces in play from the factory with just a very light restoration task over the winter period i.e like the fasteners,or you could end up with a headache on your hands.
I've spent this afternoon chasing around the lounge, dining room and hall trying to find why I've got no live feed to the lights. It's 25 years since I did all this wiring and I really couldn't remember a thing about it. Took me ages, but eventually found a burnt out terminal block in a spare position for a light that was never fitted. Did the old 50Hz shuffle as it fell off as I was holding it... of course the power was on... that's how you trace a fault. I really think I should invest in one of these for the house.
Found out Dweezil Zappa is going on tour doing Hot Rats album, have liked his dads music from an early age, thought about buying a couple of tickets but it’s one of those stuffy venues, seated only type gigs, so stuff that.
thats a negatory... thats as far as it will go... its going to get cut there, punched in and then when it goes to proteam for servicing, Al will remove whatever necessary to pivot engine down enough to remove the rest!!! complicated no? once thats done i just need to get paint work redone... expensive.....
@chizel looks like you've killed a tree around your bike..... suppose when tackling the pivot bolt you had to take your frustration out on something...
Take it from me, it's lovely at 4°C... I'll keep checking to make sure I'm right. Real men drink Guinness and like it..... others can have their Girly White Wine Spritzers and Babycham
First timer. If something says simmer, I boil it to get it simmering...no bitterness tho, just beefy goodness
