V4 3m Ventureshield Recommendations...

  1. So, the delivery of my new V4S Speciale is delayed a week or so, but it’s given a bit of time to think...

    Anyone got any good experiences with 3M Ventureshield installers? I’m in the West Midlands / Staffordshire.

  2. I had my V4 coated in Xpel as recommended by @rob lewis by a local accredited company. Expel have a template and the stuff comes with a guarantee if professionally fitted. Andy

  8. Yep I do.....I'm based in Huddersfield....but go onto the Xpel site and put in your postcode and it will bring up the closet installer to you....everyone who fits Xpel has been factory trained by Xpel in-house so where ever you go you'll be assured of a seamless install as possible...

  11. I’m preparing my S1000RR to be sold. The Ventureshield has really taken the sting out of the stones, and it’s still looking really clean for a 2013 !

  12. I have clear coat fitted at DUCATI Glasgow on my v4s 2018 and on my 1299 very good

  13. Clear coat as in lacquer ?
    Doesn’t it chip also ?

  16. I had PPF fitted at my Ducati dealer (Worcester) before delivery of my V4. Also ceramic coated and I’m really pleased with the results. This is the guy who did it: http://www.tonyjamesdesigns.com/

  17. I've tried all the alternatives and wouldn't touch anything else but 3m venturesheild tried the xpel gear nowhere near the quality of 3m, the xpel doesn't even look as flawless one fitted but I fit myself and buy from motavista.es
