Yes it will be a cat N ( what used to be a cat d ) if price reflects this it wouldn’t bother me but generally a cat n will be sort of 20 to 30 percent off what a non repaired would be imho
I bet this is a hoot: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Bimota-D...947076?hash=item420da7df84:g:agQAAOSwE3tbM465
Could be a good investment - old slabby https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Suzuki-G...966091?hash=item444d8e954b:g:5pAAAOSwQypdQwzS
Appears clean. Seat doesn’t look standard. Asymmetric Termi. Rearsets. Motografix type numberboard. You’d expect all the original parts at that price. No history stated. At those miles you’d need to know if top end service had been done etc. Price looks ball park if it all checks out. Near me if you need someone to take a look/kick tyres etc.
thanks @RickyX the price is set inline with the dealers which is not so inviting but yes ballpark nearer to £10k would suit,I've found out that it has racked up 9k miles.
748r in yellow,,, https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Ducati/401982967483?hash=item5d980d4ebb:g:e0oAAOSw3iFd5oE2
Cheap if a true R, notice no bracket for heat shield or is it my eyes, from red to yellow would it not have been yellow with that coloured frame?
no R in 96 would of been a SP, wrong wheels for age. no aluminium subframe, bottom fairing is a one piece race thing which is also not right
....still cheap though, if it is an SP. A mark 1 R went for £6800 last week on the bay of evil and that had 40k+ miles on the clock.
states the bike was originally red, SP and SPS were yellow only. I'd be surprised if it was one and at 4.5k its going to cost good money to make that nice in my opinion.
its got the adjustable head stock. That was only on the S/sp/sps version wasn’t it? but no Alli subframe suggests it’s not an sp or sps reading the ad, it has dodgy all over it
The 'other' gen 1 748r that was mentioned on this thread (NCR Chili flat black paint) is now running at £5k dead, reserve not yet met....
