I spend a fair amount of time driving (car) in narrow single track country lanes. I have no problem giving way and do so straight away - its quicker & easier. On the odd occasion where there is an obvious visble pull in close to the other car I naturally expect them to use it and allow us both to continue. As a rough estimate I would say that 3 out of 10 people are able to reverse their car competently. That reduces dramatically if it is raining or getting dark.
Yesterday actually but hey. People that crowd round the baggage conveyor at airports. So you end up watching your bag drift by unable to get through to get it.
Truck drivers who will not let you pass when approaching a restricted stretch of road. There’s a particular stretch on the road to Holyhead where two lanes become one just before crossing the bridge on to Anglesey. And not just truck drivers, our very one kin folk, car drivers. They’ll queue miles back rather than going to the front and going one for one, and then close ranks pulling up to each others cars not seeing you or letting you in! What gives with this mindset? I’m sure I’ve seen it before where the local council have had to erect a sign asking drivers to start filtering here, as much as I’d like to see one at this junction, I rather like to sport of it all, it confirms my theory that some people are just plain selfish Pricks.
I like those types! A cheerful "Scuse me" whilst shoving the obliviots to one side is the only real high point in air travel.
F**king Strictly f**king come f**king dancing full of its f**king narcissististic twats has been on the TV for over 2 f**king hrs. Either that or SWMBO is watching it on a f**king loop. For 2.5hrs I’ve been stuck in the kitchen coz I refuse to go in the living room and watch that f**king twaddle. What gets under my skin even more is when SWMBO shouts out ‘come and watch this dance it’s soooo good’. Er no. It’s shite. Imagine if I shouted at SWMBO, ‘come snd watch Mark Marquez on this corner, he.’s sooooo good’. It’d go down like a lead balloon. Thank f**k it’s the last weekend
Having a coffee and cake in m&s cafe when an old dear walks up to the table next to ours puts the dirty cups etc on a tray then puts the tray on our table. Fortunately mrs W gave me the ‘ Don’t go there ‘ look as she saw I was about to let the ignorant old twat know my displeasure.
It displeases me immensely when similar folk sit down at an empty table while their partner is in the queue waiting to be served. You have to stand over them with your tray of hot food, going cold, and verbally abuse them to get them to move. And then the judging bastards enjoying their food at neighbouring tables look at you like you’re in the wrong! Not a good way to start the shopping.
