  1. MM will be fastest today but will he hold it together and win the race ?

  2. The Hondas were quicker there in pre-season testing, but Burgess reckons the warmer temperatures now will favour the Yamaha. And the yams are kinder to the tyres, so it could all be a bit close at the finish.

    My money's on Marquez, though...

  3. have You noticed this year the lack of moaning about tyres, dorna and so on ? lol

  4. Seems a much happier paddock all round. I wonder why that is.

  5. I liked him and the way he made it slide around but he was a cry baby!

  6. dovi beating rossi ... that was not on the books i guess....

  7. It looks ominous for Yamaha, but I reckon turn 1 is gonna claim a few.

  8. Worn tyres will claim a few honda's i reckon!
It's a long shot! but maybe another yamaha Win ??

Honda's love new tyres, Yamaha's love worn!

  9. The bikes are coming back with unmarked tyres, that's the worry. I'm betting on either a Honda whitewash or Marc and Dani taking each other out on turn 1...

  10. Who would of bet on rossi finishing 2nd at the last round Fig ?
A race is so different to Quali and practice.

  11. My money is on Lorenzo to win!

  12. Danni, a triumph of experience over youth?

  15. Marquez was putting together some seriously fast laps though wasn't he, proper talented that lad.

i still reckon it could be danny or JL though.

i do know it won't be spies.....ever again by the looks of it

  16. Minogue..?

  17. Tyre wear will be key as there are soooo many corners! Depending on how the Yams get out the box, wouldn't surprise me if Lorenzo aims to follow MM and see if he can pull up his pace. The number of times they commented that MM could easily be Stoner the way he drifts and rides the bike...and he has it out of shape half the time and keeps it pinned.

You wonder where the limit is; he hasnt found it yet (dont know why he crashed y'day)

MM, Jorge, Cal if he can duff up Bradl, Pedro to crash

  18. Pre facial surgery days to make her look like Kylie? Hell yeah! She looked like the dirtier, more fun sister...

  19. we keep underestimating MM.. On a track that he knows as well as the others, he just oblitirated the competition. He blew them to smithereens.. It's not just that he did it, he knocked whole parts of seconds off his ever bettering times.. Oh 2.05 waw! 2.04 waw! 2.03 djeezes... are we going to see 2.02? new lap record!

and no one even came close once. There was even no contention from DP, JL, VR, CC, Brad.... he didn't 'pip' them .. he just walked away. not once in a flash of brilliance. No, ever since he stepped of the bus in texas.

Everybody was appauding VR in Quatar, but MM 's job on a bike that was all over the place all weekend long, snapping at VR's heels till the last corner, to me was the true top performance of the week... and looking back at last year GP2, he controlled the whole lot when the pressure was the highest.

it could be a rude awakening for the top 5 riders today!

  20. For me its simple; MM is a racer first and foremost. Thats why the Stoner comparison doesnt compute. When it got really tough, elbows and beer bottles, he complained and moaned and walked away. MM welcomes and in fact looks for it! Altho imagine Simo and MM gong for it?!

This is why a VR v MM comparison is more appropriate. This lad will be the next greatest world wide, marketing driving, t-shirt and cap selling phenomena.

Dorna must be paying homage to every God they cam find that he has turned up right now
