If you've gone without it for a year don't start now, all that hard work will be undone. I often think of giving it up, just got no will power
I gave up drinking for 5 years after I’d had my spleen removed following a motocross accident. Only started again recently as everyone keeps passing away on me lol
Tonight I will be getting pissed here, with my Concert Pianist chick, I am is now at long last officially very posh as fook
Thought I would be clever and go present shopping early Oh yeah so did everyone else Got what I needed and left town as more piled in Only took 40!!! mins to get home as usual
To be fair the priest is that mad he probably has a rocket in there. I’m not normally a church dweller but just recently I have had many an in-depth conversation with him about some seriously heavy shit ha ha ha
At my recent annual review with the doctor he suggested that I ought to reduce my wine intake over the week. I told him that it was my only vice these days and that I've got to die of something, so if it's the fact that I had a few glasses of wine too many then so be it. He laughed and said "I'll leave it with you".
Cheers Paul i don't think its a willpower thing as i have stopped smoking as well with no intention of starting that again. I was a big beer drinker couldn't go and have a pint or two and doing it 4-5 times a week it was doing me no good, and like others i have an annual medical review and it was suggested leave out the booze for a few months which i have and broke the habit of visiting the pub. More important things to do within the home and garage full of bikes its a no brainer. So Xmas i will have a nippy sweet sweet or two.
Been to town, watched Gloucester get turned over ridiculously, lost the cat, found the cat, cut some wood. And now an early beer!
