my boss turned up yesterday with an an envelope of cash each for me and the other 2 guys im working with.. theres 3 days pay there he said... HAPPY DAYS!!! thank you very much we said.. errr... sorry he said... its not a bonus, we just got paid by a client in cash, the rest of your wages will be in your bank in 2 weeks.. what a piece of shit cunt.... so not only no bonus but now i have to drive somewhere, find parking and walk to a bank to deposit it in my bank in my time, at this time of year in this weather..
Sounds like you need to be looking for new horizons for 2020.that's why i work for myself in life as less hassle for me.
bet im as good at my job as you were at yours... unfortunately society dictates that those qho truly contribute, dont necessarily get rewarded and those selling pipe dreams (or half pipes!) often do... only messing with ya.. i mostly love my job but an education would have seen me better off fpr sure.. cant see that as a kid though

It was posted tongue in cheek as you know.........I am often very envious of people that have a trade or are handy and can ‘do stuff’. I’m cack handed and because of that I have to give jobs to others to do. And that becomes expensive. I have no doubt that you will be as good at your job than I was at mine.......in fact I’d put money on the fact that you’re better! Fact!
Chizel.... My boss is a total arse.... but yours is worse. He has saved himself corporation tax and employers national insurance contributions, so he has benefited probably as much as you! Did he deduct you NI and tax or pay you gross? Probably best not to answer that here.
