Best you hop round the and collect ;-) and trust me, from what it was thats tidy! All the boxes and bits are off to a mates for storage, give me some elbow room. Altho I'm not dong anything else with the bike for a while!!
Picked up my new hypermotard sp......grin? Oh yes the 30 odd miles home, showed her off to the brother, grinned some more, took her home and let the kids sit on, grinned more....put her in garage next to 996 and stood grinning. Now in my bed grinning at the prospect of dry roads tomorrow....photos to follow...it's a cracking bike IMHO
gone to work, come home... marveled at how quiet the Honda is on the motorway. done food shopping.....eating ham, drinking red wine and dribbling over pictures of Laverda 750 formulas while listening to Pavarotti. Currently thinking about how good one will look next to the Ducati and CBR in the garage.. I cant afford a Bimota yet, so a Laverda has to be the next addition to the collection. :smile:

View attachment 14401 put a new chain and sprockets on my 996 View attachment 14402 went for some lunch at jaspers on the barbican in plymouth, popped into GTs to look at a hypermotard, which i have sort of resigned myself to getting when my WR450F is sold on ebay, unfortunately i popped out to bodmin and saw this nuda 900r with all the ohlins and brembo stuff on , now im not so sure on the hyper as this thing is hot, looks likely i may pop back on friday for a test ride : )
Kev, I'd bloody love a Nuda 900, but you should be aware that since Husqvarna were sold to KTM recently they've stopped production of all road bikes and there are no plans to continue making them. Also there's no word yet about spares availability either from BMW or KTM, for existing bikes, which make a Husky a dodgy proposition at the moment. On the other hand you'll be able to pick up a brand spanker for peanuts as dealers try to cut their losses...
