At first I thought, how will exi and fin argue about who supplied the last roll ups? but in the mirror it words it like this

The charity ASH (Action on Smoking and Health) said the ban will stop the production and sale of any filters, paper, packaging, capsules or other component containing flavouring in cigarettes and hand rolling tobacco.

That seems to be saying banning everything smoke wise if it has artificial flavouring such as menthol cigs and flavoured filters and roll up papers??

Says they are banning hand rolling tobacco too.

which also seems to suggest anything altered is the banned item, it's not as clear as it should be
