1198 Bar Ends

  1. Hi quick question I’ve brought a new set of bar ends and just want to know how to remove the standard bar ends as doesn’t seem to have a bolt at the end thankyou

  2. Sounds like you have the original ones, I'm sure there plastic, try putting a rag over the end and use a pair of grips with a bit of twist and pull.

  3. Yes they are the original ones are they just held in by rubber then

  6. I fitted threaded bar ends from a Panigale on my 1198S. Thread the inside of the bar with a M18 tap, remove the blank from the other side of the bar, blow out the swarf & screw the plug in.
    A lot better than the bar ends with expandable fittings.
