I went to pro twins today and they also told me 1098 is better bike then the 1198 , that's the 4th dealer now I've heard that from .
Are all Ducatis limited editions? It's not as if there are an infinite number of any particular model ... SMH
If I was in your position Pauly I’d go for a nice base 1198 with a lowish mileage as the base Mosel 1198 was the last of the raw analogue machines which I think they will become a classic in there own right and I think if you don’t put massive mileage on it will hold its money well and with not having all the electronics on it there’s less to go wrong with it and it will also rip your arms off
Why so? You found one yet as one near you on 11plate has sold and one my way on a 10plate has sold and also the black onw with 3k has sold as well lol
Maybe, most good base 1198's I've seen advertised aren't priced to make up for losing the Ohlins kit and better wheels though.
I phoned about the 11 plate a couple of hours after the advert appeared, despite someone coming to see it 2 days later he put me off. Made me wonder if he didn't want to sell to someone 10 minutes away. The other 2 were hours away.
