Hey up guys I have a dp quickshifter fitted on the bike working with a nemesis ecu.it's race pattern and I'm not getting on with it,I lovvveeee how it works but I'm sooo set in my ways of normal 1 down X amount up that iv made around 5 wrong shifts now in situations that I can't afford to make them not to mention the abuse on gearbox. Iv not long passed my test for the road and this is my first road bike and I'm sure in time I'll get used to it but I'm still worried one day I'll slip back in to my old ways and it'll be a costly mistake, so I want to change it for a road pattern quickshifter. I have Rs rearsets and have the lever ready for road pattern but my question is,are their road pattern kits out there that are plug and play with the nemesis ecu???if so what are considered very good and what should I stay clear of??? Any suggestions are appropriated and pics welcome Luke
Maybe I'm missing something here, but what old ways if you've just passed? Personally I much prefer race pattern - be it on road or track. I would recommend just sticking with it and being more conscious for a short while about the changes until it becomes second nature - it's the same learning whether it is normal or race pattern.
What I mean is for the 15 years iv been riding off-road bikes for I'm just set I'm my ways of what's considered normal pattern. Its awesome when I remember but horrible when I drop a gear instead of going up a teargas I'm sure you all would know,especially when the front wheels rising up I just feel I'd be a lot smoother rider without thinking about it all the time I see slot of road pattern quickshifters out their but unsure if they work with nemesis
Haha I did think weather it was in correct section or not.thanks. The bike is race pattern??I want road pattern but with a quickshifter that will plug and play with nemesis.
