Mate of mine bought a van for racing. Guy gave him good price off, iirc it was about 5 grand and he paid 4250 or something. Got it home, cleaned it up a bit a week later and started putting his shit in it for the next race weekend n and found £500 in the glovebox. We had a good weekend
Yep it had foggy headlights but I still loved it. It’s the only bike I wish I could have back just for the sentimental factor
I think most of us have been or will be in such a position at some time. I sold my 1981 Hailwood Replica for a similar reason in the early 90s. Will never get that one back again.
