Today I have been to pick up Swmbo from Manchester after she’s spent the weekend with #1 son and family in Helensburgh. I should have a good meal tonight
- a morning or afternoon in the old town/French quarter in Hanoi - Boat in Ha Long bay (Handspan have some boats), 2 days, 1 night - the the ancient town in Hoi An good for a day or two, - Hue, the food is really good, - Da Lat, - the Mekong delta, of you have the time, - Cu Chi tunnels, - Vung Tau, - Phu Quoc, weather in February should still be good If you have the time Sapa in the North is good too. There are many other places, but this should keep you busy for a while. Enjoy!!

Started a new job today back in the industry I left 7yrs ago. Out of the blue job offer just before Christmas, made me an offer I couldn’t refuse so it’s back in the rat race for me, early starts & not so early finishes on the evidence of today but hey, sometimes ya just gotta go with ya gut
today i installed a massive kitchen all on my own...the boss gave me 2 days to do it and bar cutting out the sink insert and fitting a few doors that didnt turn up, she was all done by 3 ... i know its not big but with the lil scribe fillets and stuff there is a lil bit of work involved... i even put all the lil plastic pugs in the holes (i dont usually bother!!) shame the pics are crap but me scribes are half mm perfect...
