Swingarm Finish

  1. Howdo!

    Can anyone tell me the finish on the 1000DS swingers? Anodised or lacquered?

  4. you can have polished alloy clear anodised keeps 99 per cent of the shine and easy to clean
    or be subtle, powder coat same colour as the frame

  5. Want the same finish as standard if I can once I've cleaned up the snaggy bits :rolleyes: not a big fan of powder coated swing arms.

  11. I'd say its a hard anodised finish over brushed. I've heard good reports of a metal re-finishers in newark notts A.J Caladine. A friend of a friend had a ZX7RR that some heathen had polished the frame on, A.J caladine managed to return it back to a factory finish.
