I've got a twin axle, all steel trailer with loading ramp and bike wheel run sat in my garden for sale if anyone's interested for £250. Will post pics if you want, it's got concrete posts in at the mo but could remove them for pics. Chris
Moto lug or titan collapsable ones. Hot an old AA one and I can get it in he car...the new ones go in the boot so storage in the garage or shed easy! Worth the litle extra over a normal trailer imho
Yeh the Moto lug look ideal, would like to see how easy they are to put together for a ham fisted lump like me.
I bought a MotoLug single-bike trailer last year. I can assemble or dismantle it on my own in less than 10 minutes without any tools. It fits in the back of the car, or in a corner of the garage, pretty easily. Quite pleased with it.
My old AA one, which is pre-stoneage in technology, takes about 10min tops to set up and can have bike loaded and locked in 20 If I were buying one I'd go the Lug route as its far lighter and more transportable than my thing which needs the back seat for the bigger bit, whereas as said by Pete the Lug fits snuggly on most boots
I had a Titan one (steel) which I got from someone on here (thanks!) which was breakable into parts that fit in the car. It was great, but I needed a two bike. Just bought a Motolug double, which you can make up as a double or a single. Very pleased with it, it goes together in ten mins and is very stable when towing. It's a bit more of a faff to load as a one man operation than my old one was with a loading ramp actually, but only marginally, and you don't have to carry a loading ramp! Well made, and I have to have a collapsible one so I can fold it up in the garage rather than leaving some rusting trailer on my front garden......
A nice sized one helps. I've got one of these and It comes in handy for all sorts of uses. 240V Van Trailer | Bateson Trailers
