Yep I have 18 acres with a bit of woodland and a lake so should be a nice place for an Mx track and possibly nice woods enduro circuit. no neighbours so no noise issues. Sacra bluer lol

How many bottles per annum,ie is it a profitable vineyard

It’s about ten ton of grapes apparently so estimated 7000 bottles ish a year taking in to account spoil. that should just about meet my annual wine quota I think.. they are all foodies in France but I don’t eat so will drink my rda of calories lol

 

So you're already head of the game because that will cover your running costs living in France,which is a bonus.

 

I won’t run it as a business I may sub let the grapes as I don’t need the income and not sure I can be bothered with the hassle of dealing with people.
