Here if it’s your own property the Council highways enforcement will send an officer out and a ticket arrives shortly .. if your area is letting people park across them well what is the point of paying to have one put in.. When we bought ours it was a lot of money back then.. Back in the day I had an idiot park across mine so I left him a ICF calling card and said “ please leave me your details etc so I can come and block you in sometime .. “
Are they renting or housing association like my neighbour Because you can contact them and they will get you to log all anti social behaviour If that doesn’t work your environmental officer It does work as I had dog barking issues with the same woman next door As it’s housing they aren’t allowed pets and she was told the dog shouldn’t be there (it’s her daughters ) She has an obligation that any visitors to the property should be behaving also. So they use the parking to be annoying now

Well I thought that as a poss.. I’m sure AWA doesn’t pay that much I think it cost him £300k and it needed a good £50k spending on it.. x
I once had a neighbour from hell - he was an actual nutter so we moved but about 6 months after he had a visit from the nice officers early one morning, needless to say my suspicions of drugs were confirmed. If it looks like he spends more than he earns and tries to scare all the neigbours away...... keep a close eye on him but keep your distance
Like many others in this thread , I also would advise against using the 7 iron .... the shaft will buckle on you very easily ! They have been carefully designed to hit a ball weighing a few ounces .... .... not a 12 stone piece of crap
If any of you should wish to help nail this p***k for me please write or e mail the Anglian Water Authority and report him for 1) Miss-use of their van 2) being a girlfriend beater 3) harassment, or 4) suspected of drug use ( big smell of weed coming from his property) all the neighbours have pointed this out.. He also seems to have money to burn.. any of the above as a complaint would help... Noods you have better things to do than let this guy get under your skin. Let it go, paint, sketch, take wonderful pictures or work on your bike (s). These will bring you joy, getting wound up will bring nothing...
