I’m in a Valentine’s Day dilemma over how many Roses are appropriate. Should it be six twelve or twenty one. Or should I just give her the whole tin.
Went out to the garage to fit new stainless bleed nipples to the Ducati front brakes, done one side bent down to do the other and my back went, bugger, now sat annoying the wife and watching TV. Steve
I have had an enjoyable hour in the garage. Firstly lowered the rear brake pedal on the Pani R. Goodness knows why they are set so high as standard? Then fitted Evotech Footrest blanking plates to the 765RS Went from this To this. Much better. Time for a cuppa.
Yeah it looks the same ish, forgot to take a picture at the time,as too busy jawing with their leader.
what a Charlie, changed my bicycle bottom bracket and had to resort to using levers to get the crank off which meant dismantling the sprockets. Got one the wrong way round when reassembling which took a while to swap back and then found I got a second one the wrong way round, lucky I hadn’t tightened the centre crank screw up! Anyway, just got to put a new chain on and I’m ready for the road again .
Just took the swingarm pivot out of the 749, I was expecting a fight but it undid easily and slid straight out.
Sat in the Fracture Clinic waiting for my turn to find out if I'm in the illustrious company of Sam Lowes and Marc Marquez having a buggered shoulder Andy
Probably the result of a fall in my garage 3 or 4 months ago that I did nothing about at the time. X-rays are inconclusive so likely heading for an MRI. I'm walking wounded so life goes on. Andy
Just polished off a plate of scrambled eggs on toast, bacon, and mushrooms. Lovingly prepared and served up by my best Valentine. Love that woman. oh oh almost forgot two boxes of Elizabeth Shaw Raisin and nut biscuits no for sharing.....
