  6. I have a soft top 996 and for the first few years parked it outside with no leak issues. They come with a hard top for the winter which is v good

  9. My gen 2 C2S, amazing spec with nearly every box ticked apart from cruise control and a sunroof. Really wish I didn’t sell it.

  10. Mine is (reluctantly) up for sale atm as I want to buy a motorhome/race van. £11k.

It’s the silver 996 with GT3 aero, 19” deep dish alloys and the flappy paddle conversion in post #100, a few above this one. https://www.ducatiforum.co.uk/threads/porsche-911-rip.72101/page-5#post-1557313

  11. Bit late! :joy:

  12. Haha!
First time I've heard you say something is cheap.

Nothing to do with you having one, per chance?:eyes:

  13. Nope. If it’s cheap. I’ll happily day so ;)

    My name isn’t exige....

    equal;y I’ve seen a c2 recently advertised for over 20k, with 75k miles and think that’s expensive :p

  14. Lovely car, but I need to wait for 1299 to sell before I start looking seriously, I don't even know what model to go for yet, thing is I keep looking at 50k plus cars with a 20kish budget.

  16. Discount on a GT3? You're a funny guy :grinning:

Bonus from work? And buy a GT3? I won't ask..... :astonished:

  17. One of my old Porsche's (RS60) parked at Silverstone as I was waiting to do the driving experience in 2008.
Bought this one brand new (never again) great cars, awful company to deal with over any warranty issues. IMO, buy a good used example and get a specialist independent like Northway to look after you and the car. Regret selling that one, but change of circumstances/jobs, it became a very expensive drive ornament.
The driving day is a good experience (well, was back then) I got mine included with the car.
