I love that baby blue colour. If I end up keeping mine, which is looking quite likely as nobody seems interested even at 11k, I’m thinking of having it wrapped in that, matte orange or a sort of satin titanium
Tbh, I could afford a 992 these days but I refuse to buy vehicles on finance as it’s just money down the drain and I don’t drive anywhere near often enough to make it worthwhile.
The 911 market is and always has been quite buoyant. If you're careful, study the market and buy the right one, you could be pleasantly surprised.... I've just sold a 997.2 turbo and I've a feeling I may live to regret it.... doh!!

No. You get to give them rock all. But there's an instructor in with you. But that's not a bad a thing, they give you some handy tips and as long as they're confident you kinda know what you're doing, they leave you to it. But don't jump in the car from the off and start flicking all switches to warp factor. They'll (your instructor) flick switches as the pace increases. I imagine there's an attitude test to get through within the first 30 seconds of getting in the car. Get through that and you'll have an ace day I promise you
in all seriousness, its got to be safe! whether thats 10mph or 110mph...youll find all across the range! ... but it has to be safe as YOU will spit these babies off with the wrong actions consciously or unconsciously!
I did a rally school once with work. 5 of us. One guy actually rallied (incl his company car!) and had been for years. One raced cars. One raced bikes. therapley driver stuck it 15ft up a pair of trees on his first times lap. The car racer stuck it in the wild rough and it took another car to get it out. I was 4th going into the timed laps. And first by the end. you have to listen, learn, build then act

I’m leaning much more towards keeping it now. I even visited the wrappers yesterday to discuss having a couple of bikes done, but ended up getting a quote for my 911 as well. I wanted matte baby (Mexico) blue colour or matte orange but they reckon that with older cars where the bodywork will have picked up tiny little marks here and there, so unless I have the whole car gone over with a fine tooth comb by a bodywork guy, I’m better off with a gloss finish. I’m now thinking of candy apple red (which is what I’m having for my S4 special*) or purple metallic, like the colour of the old Dairy Milk foil. * I have two tanks and two sets of bodywork - one is bare carbon, while the other is steel and plastic which I’m going to have wrapped in candy apple red.
