  6. Early appointment with the physio terrorist for an assessment. You hear horror stories of people waiting months and extreme cases a year for treatment by the NHS but that is not my experience at the North Hants NHS in Basingstoke. Physio department were on the phone within a week of seeing the surgeon and got an appointment for a week later so a big thank you from me. Andy

  11. I cannot understand how that level of incompetence is tolerated in the medical profession, be it NHS or private. Sadly however, it appears all too common especially where people look at cut price cosmetic surgery. Hope you make/made a full recovery. Andy

  12. I had to insist for months that my AC joint was separated. I'd had it fixed before so I knew straight away when I did it. Eventually I got to see a specialist and he told me they were taking the x-rays from the wrong angle!
You could physically see the shoulder was about 1" lower than the other one without using x-rays!
I finally got it pinned back in place a year later.

  13. And a nice gesture taking your daughter too :upyeah:

  14. First thing this morning I went to my monthly Yorkshire Business Group meeting which was held at the beautiful location of the Holmfirth Vineyard (http://holmfirthvineyard.com/)

The meeting was ok as it always is but the highlight was the beautiful views of the surrounding area including a snow capped Holme Moss and the beautiful breakfast of Avacado and bacon on toast. We even had a tour of the wine making and bottling facilities and a little wine tasting session. And all before 10.30am hic!
