as little as possible! no, im a carpenter . residential stuff is my bag, loft conversions, cutting roofs, kitchen and bathroom fit outs, that sort of stuff. ive been a working foreman for many years, i run the site but am mostly on the tools and delegate the stuff i dont like doing! that stuff is mostly paperwork . i hate paperwork..
Is London not mad busy ? Or is it just early in the year and shite weather delaying projects kicking on ?
the company i work for and have worked for, for the last 4 years have either missed out on or had a delay in the start of 6 projects now so they only have 2 projects on the go and way too many guys for this. they have been laying people off for the last few months.. i was scheduled for the chop before christmas but another site foreman fucked up big time so i took over his site and got a stay of execution for a bit... im not sure if london is busy really as ive only been actively seeking work for a lil over a week now.. its not great out there but it never is this time of year.
dude,i can install a kitchen with me eyes shut (well it looks like thats how i did it!) you give me a drawing and i will make you a kitchen from scratch... better yet i will do you a few drawings and we can make you a kitchen to your exact requirements . proper bespoke , not this of the shelf bespoke crap....
Same here at the minute I'm flat out but a lot of lads held up with rain we had 32 days of rain delayed work so most builds started after xmas are way behind but it will kick in soon ! Best of luck chiz !
1:51-1:53 is not ideal on a factory bike round there. I reckon I could probably live with him on my 600 as it stands. but that’s what testing is for
