  7. Pimlico plumbers vans in London all have private plates like that

    my two favourite number plates are seen on Chelsea Embankment

    2 BE

    NOT 2B

    on a DB9 and Rolls Royce usually. Sometimes a Range Rover

  20. They've had those for years, used to see them most mornings until @ 2000 when I commuted from Richmond to the City on my Vespa. :)
